Leather thickness is measured in millimeters which is then converted to ounces or "oz"
1oz - 0.4mm
2oz - 0.8mm
3oz - 1.2mm
4oz - 1.6mm
5oz - 2mm
6oz - 2.4mm
7oz - 2.8mm
8oz - 3.2mm
9oz - 3.6mm
10oz - 4mm
